Hi,

This is the forth time in a row that your DNS test for a French domain name
has failed on your own servers

> f: Server doesn't listen/answer on port 53 for TCP protocol

I have explained repeatedly that these are your own DNS servers you are
failing. This last time we have even been sent the technical spec to
configure our DNS servers. Thanks, can you please explain how I fix your
servers to listen/answer on port 53 please?

Would it not be more sensible to put a check in there that registers the
fact that these problems are on your own service and send an alert to
someone who can fix them?

It's not as if you have a lot of name servers to look out for?

ns1.mdnsservice.com
ns2.mdnsservice.com
ns3.mdnsservice.com

This is kind of ridiculous and after two weeks of running round in this
circle, I'm getting a little frustrated. We sold the client the service
after 2 weeks of their own DNS failing your test.

Thanks
