Services to ourselves weren't notably affected due to timing, and the type of 
services we buy.

However we got a timely email from EN.

It could perhaps have been copied here (although of course in other 
circumstances they might not have worked well), since I relayed the essence 
of it to this list. I didn't like to copy the whole message, in case there 
was a specific reason it wasn't posted.
