But that's a misinterpretation. You should be clearer on who signs up as what. The Admin Contact should be the person who has the business authority to control the registration. The Billing Contact should be the person directly responsible for responding to an invoice with a check. The Technical Contact is the person responsible for integration of the content and supporting information (such as DNS) into the infrastructure.
