Yup. This is opt-in. Very nice, no problems.

This is what people want to opt-out from (which should be clear as it is 
the only thing about parked pages that is not opt-in). Opting out was 
promised here on this list when parked domains were discussed before 
their introduction. Please explain us what steps we have to take for 
opting out from _parked pages on expired domains_.
