Average email turn around for the dozen or so times I've attempted to contact support in the 7+ years I've been an RSP (or employed by an RSP) has increased each time I've had the need to contact support. 2-3 days seems to be common though, I'd have expected a response before now -- Any chance your spam filtering solution ate it? Tucows is reasonably spammer friendly, so you may run into delivery problems on and off if your spam filtering is too aggressive.
