Miles,   Brian is right. If it was burned in the "Disc at Once" mode it wouldn't have the gaps. I haven't received mine yet, and the reason I ordered it instead of purchasing the downloadable songs was to avoid those gaps. I can't believe they put that last note of Slack Key onto SCML on the purchased cd.   One thing that might work is to copy the songs to another CD and merge the tracks. This of course makes the entire cd a one track cd, or you could just merge Slack Key and SCML. I always like to hear those together anyway.   Scott
