Well, I use to live in Ukiah. Nice little town - you can smell the pines (at the park
or the surrounding hills). Oops sorry - that wasn't pine it was pot. When I lived
there agriculture (trees and pot) were the largest money crops in the county. It was
one of the first two counties in Calif. where the State Dept. of Justice began the
arial fly overs to spot pot gardens.
I don't live there anymore but I still have friends there so I get to visit a lot. It
has grown (darn) and the Community College now has a campus - no longer holds classes
in the fairground buildings.
I still have fond memories and miss it.

Bye the way - I am attending the concert this Friday
May 25th at Jackson Rancheria. Whoa Jake am I ever excited. I am taking my courtesy
neice (introduced her to the Doobies last year) and her parents (my best friends) who
will be attending their first Doobies concert!!! I even went up to the Rancheria this
last weekend to check it out. 1500 seats and they said they are sold out. Now why is
that not a suprise?
