To remind everyone on the list, it DOES get publicly archived. The central Mailman list's archive is subscribers only, as it's always been, but there are external public archivers that we agreed to have pick it up from some date long ago. Mailman doesn't have the ability to split the archive old subcriber-only/new public so it stays subcriber-only.
