Hey group, Before I reinvent the wheel, I was wondering if anyone knows of a good ticket tracking system, preferably in .Net if not then PHP would be the next choice.
Nothing fancy. Ability to "own" ticket types, i.e. tech support, report requests, software bug/fix/feature, etc all would be emailed to the owner of the system who can then assign to a person. All responses on said ticket would be emailed to the original person who opened the ticket, owner and any one assigned to it. I know this is not a complex project. I developed a good system a few years ago, however, it was for a different company and I cannot bring that code to the new company I am currently working for. Sorry if this is OT, just thought I'd pick the brains of fellow developers. Best, Jim
