Please check that you've activated full system persistence on your USB keys, 
otherwise any system update is lost at shutdown. Persistence is activated when 
a large file of a given name exists at USB root, see the following page on our 
website:

If it is activated, check that the version number of your packages are the 
latest ones after rebooting:

$ dpkg -l 'doudoulinux-l10n*'
