SetBrowser screws up other settings - at least, it did on my computer.
I won't use it again.
It changed all the icons and removed several application associations
from several files. I spent several hours getting all of the browsers
setup correctly within my registry before running setbrowser (custom
icons for files like CSS, VBS and JS) and added, in some cases, a
dozen additional associations to htm, html, css, js, vbs and others.
SetBrowser deleted several keys, changed the redirector key, and
disabled my custom icons. I was not happy. :|
Huh? Setbrowser doesnt do anything but twiddle the registry settings to the default browser. Changed application associations from several files? Deleted several keys? Something else must be going on here..
