The thing I mentioned in the Wiki [1] was more geared towards detecting
changes and selecting the right CSS, not replacing the CSS entirely.

The good things about CSS are, IMO:

- Relatively easy for people to write and maintain
- We're free to do crazy skinning (� la XP blue theme, that's crazy enough
for me ;)), with rounded borders, etc
- As Monty has suggested, we could put some effort into producing a generic
theme that goes with any of the Windows themes. I personally think that's
going to be really hard, but I wouldn't want to kill the opportunity.
