Hi John,

Are you running 3.1.9.2 or 4.0? The keyboard hook is set up in 3.1.9.2
to enable all sorts of accelerators (Ctrl+C, -X. -V, Shift+Delete,
etc), and those are properly handled by the new host in 4.0, though
some people seem to be having problems.

If you're running 3.1.9.2 and feel you can live without the keyboard
behaving properly, you can find the snippet in search.htm where the
keyboard hook is installed, and comment it out (search for
keyboardHook.Install).

If you're running 4.0, it's probably something else...
