Blank lines or lines that start with // are ignored..   You can just put
your entry at the end of the file... it will work fine..

Hmm I don't totally understand the question about entering 1 or I, but what
you want to do is enter an exclaimation point (!) in the toolbar and press
return.    I believe it is the same thing as selecting reload from the menu.

Yes,  ':', 'd', or 'mwm' would all call the Merriam Webster search.   The
aliases just lets you call them what you wish.
