Thanks Shawn. I turned off my firewall and defintely have a connection to
the net (eg ggd /about opens http://desktop.google.com/), ggd /discover
comes back straight away with Key: undefined...any alerts I can try inside
the try to debug this?    alert("xmlHttp = " + xmlHttp) reurned nothing...
