I agree. I think the 2-B is a great receiver, chassis corrosion and all. Now a kilobuck for one is a different issue altogether, but then how often does a NIB radio come along? From the point of view of a serious collector (of anything .. radios, fine art, whatever), that may not seem like a bad price at all.
