Try Radio Shack...   They have a clear version that will not turn loose...

  Thanks, but I'm not overly optimistic. The best I've tried so far is
  "Industrial Strength" Velcro brand found at the aforementioned hardware
  store, and it's starting to come loose after not quite a week. The cheap
  stuff doesn't last a day. I really don't want to have to epoxy it to the
  dash, but that's what it may take.
