For me it's enough with something like this:
export ROOT=$(PWD)/debian/opengl-si
make -C doc/man
make -C doc/man install
manpages get installed on $(ROOT)/usr/man/man3
The only thing that doesn't look that good are the eqn bits. The text
formatter introduces too much whitespace, but that doesn't have
anything to do with the original format of the manpages.
