Hi,
after upgrading to the merged XFree89 4.2.99.2 XFree86.0.log contains
this:
(**) RADEON(0): Display dimensions: (315, 236) mm
(**) RADEON(0): DPI set to (154, 154)
xdpyinfo still shows the correct 92 DPI:
dimensions: 1152x864 pixels (317x238 millimeters)
resolution: 92x92 dots per inch
Obviously the numbers in the server log are for the highest available
resolution which is 1920x1440 in my case. Before the merge it used to
show the correct 92x92 DPI for my virtual resolution (1152x864).
