Me bad. It is actually a polygon from explosion cause I had particles
turned off at these screenshots. Anyway Alpha channel doesn't work in all
places it is used in QuakeForge. Doesn't work - doesn't mean not at all,
it looks like alpha is set to some constant value:

The bug seem to be application specific. No problems with similar effects
in Quake3 and UT. UT has rainbows with mesa and trunk too, and no mouse
cursor in interface/game with all three branches.
