Radeon IGP DRI patch for XFree CVS 4.3.99.9

Oops, I probably messed up one file during making 4.3.99.9 patch. Thanks for 
catching this and please try this one.
The old patches (posted on July 19 and all other based on them) have some 
compatiblity issue. You shouldn't mix them with any other versions, including 
the drivers built with the new patches.
With the new patches, if you have kernel 2.5.75 or 2.6.0-test2, you'll need to 

use the DRM driver in the kernel (DRM driver in current XFree86 CVS is not
2.6.0 ready). If you have kernel 2.4.x, you'll need to use the DRM driver 
inside XFree86 CVS tree (because the 3D client in the XFree86 CVS code requires

higher version DRM than some 2.4.x linux kernels provided).
