Just a heads up, as this is marked a discuss thread we aren't counting votes, but its great to see all of the enthusiasm!
I think that Drill had become a strong and stable project that has a lot to offer Apache as a top level project. Our developers have written enhancements to several of our dependencies currently in incubation, most notably Optiq and Parquet, which shows a commitment to the success of the Apache foundation as a whole. Our last few releases have shown our commitment to the Apache process and due diligence on upholding established policies. With these considerations I think we should definitely make a case the foundation for graduation. Great work everyone so far, let's keep up the pace for a strong 1.0!
