Thank you very much for sending the logs.
I think I found a problem. Current atge doesn't support to reading
factory mac address from flash roms. But the L1 chipset in your board
uses a flash rom for storing mac address.

For a workaround, would you add following line into /kernel/drv/atge.conf
then reboot your system.
