Hi Clint

I'm refreshing our deb build scripts to work against newest release.
In the old version, we have this for libdrizzle:

$ grep libdrizzle.so debian/*
debian/changelog: * Updated libdrizzle package based on new libdrizzle so bump.
debian/libdrizzle1.install:usr/lib/libdrizzle.so.*
debian/libdrizzle1.symbols:libdrizzle.so.1 libdrizzle1 #MINVER#
debian/libdrizzle-dev.install:usr/lib/libdrizzle.so
debian/rules:   dh_strip -Xlibdrizzle.so --dbg-package=drizzle-dbg

Why are (or rather were, since this will change) libdrizzle.so.1 and
libdrizzle.so.1.1.0 in libdrizzle1 but libdrizzle.so is only in
libdrizzle-dev? Shouldn't -dev be just header files?
