Hi folks The last minute fix of drizzle versioning to 7.1.31-rc style, the removal of libdrizzle from main packages and the discussion ongoing on its version number all made it impossible to achieve what I've really been working on: to have "make deb" and "make rpm" just work directly out of the bzr repo. (And btw, this mess is an excellent example while it will be great to have packaging in the main tree for 7.2 series!)
However, I have caught up yesterday and now have Ubuntu debs working against the new RC release: lp:~hingo/drizzle/7.1-packaging-without-libdrizzle https://code.launchpad.net/~hingo/drizzle/7.1-packaging-without-libdrizzle (...well, in fact I tested it yesterday and then merged in today's trunk, but I hope it still works.) And referring to Tobias reply to my other mail, it just might be that Debian will work as well, will test that tomorrow. I have not yet fully fixed the "make rpm" side (it will still package libdrizzle, other than that it works). henrik -- [email protected] +358-40-8211286 skype: henrik.ingo irc: hingo www.openlife.cc My LinkedIn profile: http://www.linkedin.com/profile/view?id=9522559 _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~drizzle-discuss Post to : [email protected] Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~drizzle-discuss More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
