Hi,

We have installed 1.6.2 as yet without our data so we can have 'look and play', 
which I am tasked with. I'm pretty much a novice in terms of setting up the 
database, although we have been using 1.4 for a good while. The actual 
installation was done by our technical team - and is completely 'out of the 
box'. Apologies in advance for basic nature of questions!

I have a couple of initial questions I was hoping someone could help with:

1) I'm currently just adding some test documents, uploading some simple .docx 
files from my PC. However, on doing this, the system returns with an 'internal 
user error'. I have attempted this 5 or 6 times now. I believe the person who 
installed the s/w has 'told' the system about .docx files.

2) Is there a user guide to refer to somewhere? I am aware there are lots of 
guides to help with the actual installation etc, but anything less technical 
and more geared towards user/administrator.
