Hi Hilton, the first things that I notice is that the URL is quite long (12883 characters URI-encoded), which can easily be a problem in itself (HTTP 414: Request-URI Too Large). That would be consistent with one group (query) causing this and the rest not. Anyway, this is just a message from DSpace reporting a generic message from Solr. To verify, look into Tomcat's logs to see the Solr's message.
