I absolutely love DSPAM. It is truly an awesome project. However, it's
clear that due to the vast amount of configurations and distributions
out there, it's no simple task to set up unless you've got a dead-on
basic setup. Once you start throwing in other transports and such,
things get complicated.
Hence, this user group. It's quite handy when you need assistance. But
it doesn't lend so easily to searching archives. Also, I'd like to be
able to take a break from it for a few weeks without having to unsubscribe.
I'd like to see this message list moved to a web based forum.
Searching, threaded, better suited for longer detailed discussions than
my mailbox. And we could have a whole section discussing custom setups
and more esoteric configurations.
Given the amount of traffic the email list sees, I could probably host
the forum myself, however there may be someone out there already better
suited to implement this.
Is there interest in moving this out of email and onto the web? What
are the chances this could be an "authorized" forum for DSPAM discussions?
