Assuming your DSPAM users have the domain name in their DSPAM user name, then 
you could try something like that:
groupname1:merged:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
groupname2:merged:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
groupname3:merged:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
