You could try & use the password protect feature of your hard disk driver.
Since the driver loads before the system software is read, you can't bypass
it with a shift-key restart. (Of course, someone with a bootable HD utility
floppy could just possibly install a different, unprotected driver, but
that's beyond what most folks know about.)
