I think when it originally shipped, it was only considered to be expandable up to 48 
megs (with a 32 meg RAM upgrade).  In general, most people seem to be able to upgrade 
their 2400s to 80 megs now....I think there is also a specialty chip that can give you 
96 total megs of RAM, but apparently it is very expensive.
