You have to look at the developer notes to get the real lowdown.  The path
to RAM on all three is really 32 bits.

The problem with spec pages and things like GURU which are based on the
spec pages is that they're written by marketers who will say 64-bit just
because the CPU has a 64-bit bus.  :)  Doesn't mean that anything else in
the system is 64-bit.
