AppleShare IP is a program Apple sells separately from MacOS.  Once 
you have a computer running an AppleShare IP server, other Macs can 
share files with it using TCP/IP instead of AppleTalk.  Obviously, 
you don't have this, because you'd definitely know if you had paid 
for AppleShare IP (it costs a pretty penny).  :)

I wouldn't worry about it too much; you will get OK performance for 
most purposes using regular AppleTalk AppleShare to move files 
between your two computers.
