I use a dock for my 230, this works well. I think any option for the Duo
will cost some money, as far as I know. There are minidocks with ethernet
available, but I understand that they may cost more than a full dock
would these days. Docks seem quite plentiful and the various
minidocks/microdocks are in short supply.
