I can't speak for how Dreamwidth will implement it, but I am familiar
with how this feature behaves on LJ. The name is displayed to the post
owner only, and if the post owner wishes to share that name with
others, then the post owner would have to deliberately reveal that in
the subject, text, or tags of the post.
