I don't think we'd a thumbs up, thumbs down system as such...but how about
an option that logs iP and matches it to user-name, so you could tell if
User so&so read your post? [basically, more or less the same as IP logging
on LJ]
I often see people querying if anyone reads their journal, because hardly
anyone has commented in a awhile. That way, at least you'd know they'd
looked at it.
