Looks good to me. You might want to change melody.dreamwidth.org to youraccount.dreamwidth.org or something, just to avoid potential confusion.
I do wonder, generally speaking, if it might be better presented in bullet point or table format. As in "Things You Can Do With Your OpenID:" and "Things You Can't Do With Your OpenID:" Should perhaps mention that you can do a bit more, too. An OpenID account can have userpics, a profile page, and a reading page. It can also set account/viewing preferences. And can subscribe to journals and communities. Unless I'm misreading, you can also send and receive private messages. And, I'm guessing, system notifications? A couple of very minor issues: Gramatically, this looks funny to me: "After all, not everybody uses the same websites, but you should still be able to play together." Not sure of a good improvement, though, and it does get the meaning across. I think it's technically sound, too. Just seems a little... internally dissonent somehow. Or maybe that's just me. "If you don't havea Dreamwidth account" - missing a space between "have" and "a" Hope this helps. :) If there's any share of the work that I can do, let me know. [snip] I've just made a quick update to the text on the OpenID page (http://www.dreamwidth.org/openid/). This is by no means the full resolution of all problems, but just something that I could do quickly and easily. Do you think the text on the page helps clarify matters somewhat? -- rho. _______________________________________________ dw-discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.dwscoalition.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/dw-discuss
