Just a quick question to the group: if getting permission to activate VU4 is
getting that much easier why activate Andaman again instead of going for
VU7?
Yes I know that the US had bad propagation and many never heard it. So
that's not my point; my point is why go for a "repeat" if the doors are
being opened and go for VU7?
