Boy, I have opened the flood gates. Lots of reply emails on this one. It is obvious that the large IRC's say one thing about expiration, but the UPU manual disagrees. Who or what is right is anybody's guess. Thanks fellas for lots of response to my question. No more replies needed as sounds like a crap shoot on this one.
