Well, I'm hoping most folks that buy IRCS are using them to request QSL cards.  
 The 'going rate' for a US IRC at the USPS is $1.85.  

If folks are buying at $1.30, and redeeming at $0.84.....well......thats an 
interesting way to spend ones time and money!
