I need some information.
I just received cards back from the DXCC desk. 2Q's on my QSL card for XW0X were returned with this explaination:
Invalid Date Range.
There were 2Q's on the QSL card that were questioned. The dates of the Q's were:
20 October 2001
31 October 2001
My log indicates good QSO's and I see activity on those dates on the cluster.
Any thoughts?

The original license was only good to August 16, 2001. But it was updated in October to be valid through the end or November 2001.
Maybe the league does not have the paperwork for the updated license.
