I just purchased a new PC that uses Windows XP. I hooked up my 1000mp to the serial port and everything seemed to work fine. Until i turned the radio off while connected to the DX Cluster. I got a message of an interrupt and clicked OK. Then i decided to turn the rig back on and i also clicked the radio on from the menu. Everything look good and worked properly. Next i wanted to shut down completely and i shut down the rig again,disconnected from the cluster then tried to shut down DX4WIN and my PC was hung up. I did eventually get DX4WIN shut down but i couldn't get my PC to shut down. I had to turn the power off to shut down. From what i have tried to explain can anyone understand what problems i am having and how to fix it??
