You need to tell us more.  Do you receive anything??  Can you transmit?  How
are you doing PTT?  You obviously need audio going from the rig to the
soundcard, and from the soundcard to the rig, and you also need to key the
radio.  How are you accomplishing each of these tasks?  AFSK or FSK??
