I know this is quite late, but I was saving some messages until I got 6.02
going and was ready to print labels directly onto QSL cards.  I read your
note and:

The 3rd line in the label report is for SWL cards only.  I put "Thanks for
the SWL report es 73, Dan" on that line.  That is why it never printed.  It
does on SWL cards.

This is how I set my print up for directly printing onto the cards. I use
the upper two lines on the PREFERENCES|REPORT/LABELS Tab and set it up as
below:


FT1000D, FT900, TL922, Yagis + Dipoles
Tnx for the QSO es 73 &&   @@

It works for me. I tried using the third line on version 4.07 a few years
ago but couldn't get it to play. Perhaps it works in the latest version?
