Paul, If the text prints down a little more on each label, the size of the label is incorrect. Try to measure how much it is off on the last label, divide that distance by the number of labels and add that number to the vertical label size.
Vertical shift is how much the whole page is shifted downwards. This allows you to center the labels in a vertical direction. Also check if there is a more recent printer driver for your printer.
