Steve This is just an idea but could solve your problems! Go to TQSL and create an ADIF file with a dummy QSO, sign it and upload to LOTW. You can then link this to your DXCC account and view your previous records. The principal is sound but you will have to try it out for yourself! Hope that helps. Jim
