Part of the confusion is that full path names *DO* work for RAC data, but 
not QRZ data.  If you install the RAC CDROM data to your local hard drive, 
DX4WIN -will- accept its full path name.

I used to do this all the time with RAC data, but then I switched to QRZ 
when I found it tended to be more timely and suddenly I had problems 
referring to it on my local drive.
