My message looked OK when I hit send. Somehow the wrap and spacing got
screwed up on it's arrival to the reflector and so did not show what I
wanted to present.

Let me try again and hope the wrapping and spacing come thru OK this
time.

In your example of G3TXF if you cut and paste his address from QRZ.COM
 you get:

 Nigel CAWTHORNE, G3TXF
 FALCONS, ST GEORGE'S AVENUE, WEYBRIDGE
 SURREY KT13 0BS,
 England - U.K.

The word WEYBRIDGE causes the label to be printed out of
bounds. I then edit it to read:

 Nigel CAWTHORNE, G3TXF
 FALCONS, ST GEORGE'S AVE,
 WEYBRIDGE
 SURREY KT13 0BS,
 U.K.

I shorten AVENUE to AVE and move WEYBRIDGE to a new line. Now
Nigel's address will fit inside the label box just fine. If you are
dealing with a really big address and this method doesn't work then try
 going to a smaller font.
