I believe this is a problem on Vista only. You can turn UAC off... in fact, probably should on the Ham Shack computer... this may eliminate some Vista issues. I just switched my office machine to Vista 64 and haven't encountered this problem yet... but lots of other issues (Nightmare!!!). It will be a while before I try updating the old clunker in the Ham shack ;-)
