What worked here was DTR-None and RTS-CW. I don't use PTT on CW as I 
have QSK setup... but enabling PTT also worked. The COM port I used was 
COM1, a standard "on the MB" COM port. I'm not familiar with Rigblaster, 
is COM3 a USB COM port or a "regular" COM port David?
